Az malzeme ile çok lezzetli bir kurabiye... Kurabiye sevmediğim halde benim bile bayıla bayıla yediğim bir tarif...
Biraz fazla oldu sanırım günde 4 taneye kadar çıktım bir daha yapmasam mı :)
MALZEMELER
1 paket toz krem şanti
1 su bardağı sıvı yağ
3 su burdağı un
Arzuya göre vanilya eklenebilir... Hazırda 2 yemek kaşığı kadar ince çekilmiş bademim vardı onu da ekledim...
YAPILIŞI
1 paket toz krem şanti 1 bardak yağ ile çırpılır. Üzerine 3 bardak un, vanilya eklenip yoğurulur. Şekil verilip ortalama 175 derece fırında üzeri beyaz kalacak şekilde pişirilir...
